



Remote for Roku TV supports various of Roku TV & Sticks
All Smart TVs have control buttons on TV(usually on the back or side edges), you are able to interact with your TV to set up Wi-Fi connection.
You can read the user's manual to find the buttons.
Once you get the control, enter the Settings -> Network -> Connect to the Wi-Fi.
iOS:
Please ensure your mobile device and Roku TV or Roku Stick are connected to the same wifi network.
For iOS users, please ensure you have allowed local network permission in Settings, enabling the App to search for your Roku TV or Roku Stick.
If still doesn't work, try to reboot your Roku TV or Roku Stick, the app, and the wifi network, or try to re-download the app.
Android:
Please ensure your mobile device and Roku TV or Roku Stick are connected to the same wifi network.

Samsung
For Samsung TVs manufactured after 2016, when you click to connect the device for the first time, your Samsung TV will ask whether it should accept incoming connections.
Select "Allow" and the TV Remote from your phone to your Samsung TV will start.
For devices produced in/before 2015, when connecting for the first time, you need to enter the PIN code displayed on the TV to pair the application with your TV device, and the PIN code is valid for 120s.
Turn off your TV, then turn it on and reconnect.

LG
When you click to connect the device for the first time, you need to pair the application with your LG TV by entering the PIN code displayed on the TV.
Turn off your TV, then turn it on and reconnect.

Fire TV
When you click to connect the device for the first time, you need to pair the application with your Fire TV by entering the PIN code displayed on the TV.
Turn off your TV, then turn it on and reconnect.

Vizio
When you click to connect the device for the first time, you need to pair the application with your Vizio TV by entering the PIN code displayed on the TV.
Turn off your TV, then turn it on and reconnect.

Sony
When you click to connect the device for the first time, you need to pair the application with your Sony TV by entering the PIN code displayed on the TV.
Turn off your TV, then turn it on and reconnect.
If still can not connect, please Contact Us and tell us your device model.
Try to restart the Smart TV, Fire TV Stick, the app and the Wi-Fi network.
If your Wi-Fi is stable, then the problem might be related to the settings on your phone. Please make sure you haven't turned on battery optimization, because it will shut down the app. For example, set "turn off Wi-Fi when locked" will shut the Wi-Fi function down. Therefore, in order to make it work, please turn off the battery optimization setting.
It might be that the TV’s network access is restricted, which prevents the remote control and channel functions from working properly.
You can go to Settings ➡️ System ➡️ Advanced system settings ➡️ Control by mobile apps ➡️ Network access, and select “Enabled” or “Default.”
Try restarting the TV, the app, and the Wi-Fi network.
